the official language of germany which is mainly spoken in europe. it is always easier than english, to me. because you can make a new word by collecting 2 or 3 words which you would like to explain directly. but in english, you have to know the word that you would like to use and explain. there is no alternative for it.
i think the best thing about toastmasters is not only its affect on your speaking skills, but rather the enhancement that comes with it about all your communication skills.the whole area of the communication skills as well. you learn how to be presentable, how to speak in front of different sort of people. you improve the way your words are coming out of your mouth and make you make sure every word you are going to say is the right one. i strongly recommend to attend toastmasters sessions even if you have good communication skills, as you will meet great people and make lots of new friends.
i find unhappiness a bit a tough concept to describe, while i guess nobody would have any difficulty with explaining what happiness is.
one thing i am sure of about unhappiness is that, at least to me, it doesn't come from outside. nothing can make you unhappy but you, yourself. the external powers can only make you feel sad which i don't see as the equivalent of unhappiness. sadness is a sour emotion that arises when you become a witness or even the victim of unfairness. therefore, i don't believe that there is even one person who could avoid sadness. and i also do not see it as an evil thing. to me, sadness is a healthy emotion and -since our world is full of injustice and unfairness- every health being should feel a bit sad all the time, alongside with happiness.
however, unlike sadness, unhappiness can be described as a bitter feeling which springs from your mistakes and wrong choices. thus, it's a bit challenging to cope with. you need to repent and take neutralizing actions so that the unfairness you caused (even against your own self) can be eliminated and finally your unhappiness can disappear.
